Why hasn't my site shown up in the tower?
All submitted sites are marked as pending until they are approved or dismissed. It takes less than a day for the approval process to finish.
How can I remove my site?
If you are the owner of the site, please contact us and we will remove it. You must provide proof that you are the owner of the site.
How can my banner get to the top of the tower?
You will need to link to us with a special URL that you received when you submitted your site. If you didn't get a chance to copy the code, no worries, continue reading below.

What's my special URL?
Your special URL is http://www.thewebtower.com/in.php?id=#. # needs to be replaced with your site's submission ID number.
What is my site's submission ID number?
Just find your banner in the tower and hover over it. The tooltip will display the number you need to use.
What is the difference between clicks in and clicks out?
A clicks in is when someone clicks The Web Tower banner on the site it is on. A click out is when someone clicks a banner on the tower to visit their site.
Why isn't my special URL updating the number of clicks in?
The count of clicks are unique - only 1 per user. This is to stop cheaters.
Why are there dead links / broken images in the tower?
This probably means that site is no longer around. Please report these sites by contacting us so they can be removed. Thanks.
